Women and Mexican Rock in Harlem

La Casa Azul Bookstore, one of the most active Latino cultural enterprises developed in New York in recent times under the direction of Aurora Anaya-Cerda, will host the book presentation of Sirenas al Ataque, by Mexican singer, composer and researcher Tere Estrada. The book explores the role played by women in the development of rock music in Mexico since the 1950s to this day. The event will include a performance by the author.
