In June, New York City Is More Boricua Than Ever

The National Puerto Rican Day Parade, Inc. in the Bronx, the Puerto Rican State Parade and Festival of New York in Brooklyn, the 116th Street Festival in East Harlem, and above all, the National Puerto Rican Day Parade along Fifth Avenue, to be led this year by salsa singer Victor Manuelle --- June is here, and so are the traditional celebrations of New York's Puerto Rican heritage.
