Kennedy's Legacy and the Latino Community

Edward M. Kennedy made a significant contribution to the Latino community, said Voto Latino's María Teresa Kumar in an MSNBC panel honoring the Senator's memory; he marched with César Chávez, he was the first one to talk about comprehensive immigration reform back in the sixties, and he believed in the DREAM Act, that would have helped millions of undocumented children; he was, in a sense, the quinteessential immigrant ... watch the video here
