R.Evolución Latina presents this Goya-Award Winner commedy by Yolanda García Serrano and Salvador Toscano, and directed by Yolanda García Serrano. The Peace Poets Collective facilitates a weekly interactive gathering for teenagers to create their own safe space and feel como en casa. June 5 (4:00 pm) ¡Qué Viva Cultura! Nuyorican School in Performance. Bi-lingual poetry reading performance of "¡Tato! Un NuyoRican En Clave!" a Work-In-Progress by NuyoRican School Poetry Jazz Ensemble. Featuring Alma Villegas, Jacqueline Flowers, Wendy Rossi-Fernandez, and Americo Casiano Jr. Special Guest R. June 5 (8:00 pm)  Sandra Maria Esteves Tribute. Join composers, actors, poets and dancers as they gather for a special tribute to poet and recipient of the Pregones' 2010 Master Artist Award Sandra María Esteves. Theater icon Miriam Colón, composer Desmar Guevara, Pregones' Ensemble and guest artists will read, play, dance and perform pieces inspired by Sandra María's magical and dramatic poetry.
