Buffett and Gates through their foundations have done something for their countries. Buffett's water initiative provides water to millions and Gates' libraries enhance this country. Slim ripped off the Mexican phone company, which still charges for a busy signal, is facing anti-monopoly charges under NAFTA by the US, and gives not a red cent (make that a red peso) to Mexico's less fortunate.
